Current times are turbulent and constantly changing. What we could not have imagined yesterday became our presence. We live from one crisis to another, sometimes even a few of them in parallel. It feels as if the bigger scale crisis periods such as pandemics or war are filled with smaller crises such as security incidents, traffic incidents, natural disasters, or simply crises at our workplace or home. These situations differ in their character; however, their consequences are the same- chaos, uncertainty, and longing for courageous and decisive leadership. Current experience as well as researches show not only, that women are very well personally equipped to be great leaders in the routine, but that they are brilliant, especially in times of crisis. Even though women are often underestimated or put in charge only when the company is in trouble already, the data shows they naturally know well how to deal with crises.

In this course we will focus on general picture of crisis leadership as well as the position of women in this field. In this course, Gabriela will provide you with a deeper and alternative view of what is a crisis. The focus will be given to specific aspects of our behaviors and sense of reality in such situations, what is our natural reactions and how to transform them into efficient crisis management behaviors. The goal of this course is to encourage women leaders not to be afraid of crises and to become inspiring and motivating crisis managers that the team will lean on while using their natural talents and abilities. We will discuss what characteristics are very useful and appreciated in women's leadership and how to learn and train such skills, how to build your authentic style of crisis leadership, and how to get ready to stand firm in the middle of the storm. Because leaders were made, not born as such.

You will get a set of tools that will help you to build a culture of resilience in your team including communication guidelines. We will talk about how to keep a sense of control in situations in which uncertainty seems the only certainty. During the course, you will also have an opportunity to diagnose your type of personality and the way you handle crises. Simply, we will make sure that if the sh.t hits the fan, you will get out of it as a heroine leader of your well-prepared team.
